With cold weather expected in Tyler this week, Smith County has activated its 2024 - 2025 Cold Weather Response Plan to help keep residents safe.
The plan offers:
- Safety tips for home, travel, and outdoor activities information on warming centers and shelters
- Guidance on recognizing and treating cold-related illnesses
- Emergency contacts and resources
