The inspection information is forwarded to the agency responsible for the licensing of the daycare or foster home and approval to keep children is given by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Our Registered Sanitarians will conduct the inspection and submit the results to the licensing agency. NET Health will provide a Certificate of Inspection Certificate to be posted in a publicly visible location along with the Most Recent Inspection Report per the NET Health District Order 2013-2.
