Application must be made at least five (5) working days prior to scheduling an appointment for inspection. NET Health will conduct the inspection as required by the TX Department of Family and Protective Services (TX DFPS) and NET Health District Order 2013-2. Once the inspection is completed, the inspection report will be sent to the appropriate licensing agent.

The inspection fee of $50.00 is due at the time of application. Subsequent inspections may be charged additional inspection fees to cover the cost of the service.
