IMPORTANT:  Indicate in the notes area below what the payment is for.  Be as specific as possible to ensure that your payment is properly matched with your application.

*There is a transaction fee of 2.9%+$0.30 for online payments, which will be added to the amount.  

There is no fee to pay by mail or in person at our office at 815 N Broadway Ave. You can pay by cash, check, money order. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone.
