The NET Health Immunizations Clinic is available for all students to get their back-to-school vaccines updated NOW.
Vaccines are available for kids of all ages to stay up-to-date on scheduled vaccines, so that parents can plan ahead to decide when to bring their K-12th grade children, and so that graduating seniors can obtain their meningitis vaccines before going to college.
Located at 815 North Broadway Avenue in Tyler, the NET Health Immunizations Clinic performs temperature checks of all our employees and all customers, to make sure everyone practices safe social distancing guidelines. Parents are strongly urged to please call us first to verify the status of your health insurance coverage.
When a family arrives, please call our main phone number before coming to our front entrance, so we can greet you and perform our safety check at the front entrance.
The NET Health Immunizations Clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
On Wednesdays, our hours are 8:00am – 11:00am and 1:00pm – 6:00pm.

Ensures access to low cost immunization services
Recruits providers to participate in the Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) program. There are currently 25 providers of low cost immunizations in Smith County due to this program. TVFC Eligibility Requirements
Assists TVFC providers in ordering, storing, and accounting for these public purchased vaccines.
Promotes the use of the statewide immunization registry, ImmTrac. This registry stores a child’s immunization history in one place regardless of where in Texas they received immunizations. The Immunization program recruits parents, immunization providers, schools, and childcare facilities to participate in this registry.
Conducts immunization assessments of schools and child care facilities to ensure they maintain 95% compliance levels.
Provides immunization training and education for parents, schools, child care facilities, and the general public through various community health fairs and other such forums as well as formal presentations.
